This weekend, Andrew and Molly pressed apples for cider. It was fun to see their contraption made with a car jack. The bees also came out on a sunny day and sipped the sweetness off the mashing tool.

I enjoyed a visit from Micaela who swooped up here on her motorcycle. It was fun to show her around. After she left, I dug up some of the rosemary plants from our homestead garden, potted them and brought them in for the winter. I'll need to find a few more pots. My hands smell wonderful!
