Sunday community

Today Kim and Reid, two members of the Farm School community, invited us all over to shingle a "bump out" on the back of their home and then share a delicious dinner.  When we arrived, we were given an overview of how to nail up the cedar shingles.  Below are some photos of the work.  After the work, we were invited into their cozy home for some delicious soup and wonderful company.  It was fun to be in this multi-generational crowd--babies, small children, teen-agers and farmers ranging from new to very experienced--and each person gracious and grounded.  I cannot imagine a better community contribute to.
